Role Summary
Analog Devices is seeking an experienced Principal Analog/Mixed-Signal Design Engineer with deep expertise in Audio Data Converter (ADC/DAC) design to lead the development of next-generation, high-performance consumer audio products. This position involves working on innovative technologies that will redefine the future of audio while mentoring and developing junior engineers.

Senior, with 10+ years of experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the architectural development of high-performance mixed-signal ICs.
- Own architecture definition and block-level design.
- Drive integration of analog and digital blocks into complex systems.
- Deliver technical presentations and design reviews.
- Support various engineering functions to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications include:
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- 10+ years designing delta-sigma ADCs and DACs.
- Deep expertise in mixed-signal electronics and industry-standard design tools.
- Expert understanding of delta-sigma fundamentals and associated challenges.
- Proven design experience with Class-D amplifiers and precision analog blocks.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration in cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with design and modeling tools such as MATLAB and Python.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with achieving high SNR in audio designs.
- Background in professional or consumer audio IC development.
- Hands-on experience with Class-D amplifier design.
- Understanding of digital audio fundamentals.
