As a Principal Analog Design Engineer at Synopsys, you will be involved in leading the development of advanced analog circuits and systems within our High-Performance Computing (HPC) team. This role focuses on innovating in mixed-signal design, particularly for high-speed digital interfaces.
The ideal candidate should possess over 15 years of relevant experience with a focus on mixed-signal analog, clock, and datapath circuit design for those with a BE, or 12+ years for candidates with an MTech. Experience with high-speed PHY IP design and analog full custom circuit macros is essential.
Applicants should demonstrate a robust foundation in CMOS design principles and device physics, with a deep understanding of PLLs, oscillator circuits, and high-speed digital circuit design. Knowledge of RF architectures, signal integrity, and control systems will be advantageous.
A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BE) or a Master’s degree (MTech) in a relevant field is required, with considerable professional experience in analog and mixed-signal design.
