Essential Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, accompanied by extensive industry experience.
- Deep technical understanding of analog and mixed-signal circuit design and their methodologies.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Custom Compiler/Virtuoso.
- Experience with test-driven development and familiarity with version control systems, especially Git and Perforce.
- Advanced knowledge of UNIX/Linux systems for workflow optimization.
- Proven ability to apply emerging technologies in analog design contexts.
- Strong leadership and collaborative skills necessary for effective mentorship and teamwork.
