Role Summary

As a Principal AI Flow Development Engineer at Synopsys, you will lead the development of AI-driven solutions that enhance semiconductor IP design and verification processes. Responsibilities

• Architect multi-agent systems and workflows for IP research and development automation.
• Design AI copilots with capabilities for tool usage, planning, and memory.
• Implement retrieval pipelines for semiconductor documentation and build ETL workflows.
• Optimize the quality of retrieval through evaluation and hybrid search strategies.
• Develop integrations that connect AI services with existing IP development workflows.
• Establish evaluation frameworks for tracking agent performance and output quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate workflow challenges into AI solutions.

Requirements

Candidates must possess expertise in Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and agentic AI systems, along with advanced proficiency in Python. Experience with semiconductor IP development practices, as well as ETL pipelines and cloud deployment, is essential for this role. Specific knowledge related to agentic frameworks and EDA tool integration is preferred.
