Power Device (MOSFET) Test Design and Evaluation Internship
Role Summary
This internship provides hands-on experience in test design and evaluation for Power MOSFET products aimed at AI-server power systems. You will work with actual device samples and test equipment to measure, analyze, and report device characteristics that support product performance and reliability.
Work is conducted mainly in Japanese with opportunities for English communication when collaborating with global teams.

Entry-level — internship for university or graduate students.
Responsibilities
Typical activities during the internship include:
- Perform hands-on measurements using test equipment and device samples.
- Learn and apply fundamental measurement techniques for power devices.
- Define and set up evaluation and test conditions.
- Acquire, process, and analyze test data.
- Summarize results and prepare concise reports or presentations.
- Discuss findings and iterate test approaches with engineering team members.
Requirements
Minimum expectations for candidates:
- Interest in power device semiconductor development and testing.
- Ability to work primarily in Japanese; English communication skills for collaboration with global teams.
- Must obtain student personal liability insurance (or equivalent accident insurance) before the internship.
- Non-Japanese nationals must secure any required visa/permission to participate; obtain permission for activities outside residence status if applicable.
Education Requirements
Enrollment in a university or graduate program in a science or engineering field (university or graduate students). Candidates are expected to graduate in March 2028.
