Post-silicon Validation and Debug Engineer
Join the Client Computing Group to perform post-silicon validation and debug of CPU/SOC products for laptops, desktops and gaming systems. Work with cross-functional teams (design, firmware, software, manufacturing) to verify functionality, power/thermal behavior, and system reliability in lab bring-up and validation environments.
Mid-level β candidates typically meet the experience guidance in the posting (see Education Requirements). The role expects demonstrated post-silicon or pre-silicon validation experience and hands-on debugging skills.
Key responsibilities include planning and executing validation activities, diagnosing complex issues, and improving validation processes.

Nice-to-have:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline with 3+ years of relevant experience; OR a Master's degree with 6+ months of relevant experience. Candidates with advanced degrees and 5+ years' experience are encouraged to apply. Equivalent practical experience may be considered.
