PLM Integration Engineer
Role Summary
Lead the implementation and integration of a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) environment for silicon manufacturing. The role coordinates operational and manufacturing requirements across engineering and business functions and establishes PLM governance, digital traceability, and semiconductor lifecycle management capabilities.
This position acts as a technical leader for manufacturing lifecycle management, working with global teams to align PLM capabilities with customer, supplier, and business needs. Note: no relocation package is available; employer will cover sponsorship costs if required, other candidate fees remain the candidate's responsibility.

Responsibilities
Core duties include leading PLM configuration, defining processes, and integrating PLM with manufacturing systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship during PLM implementation and configuration.
- Define business requirements and deployment strategy with cross-functional engineering groups.
- Design PLM governance, operating model, user/admin structure, and workflows.
- Create product data, BOM, revision, and configuration management processes.
- Establish ECO/ECN, release management, deviation, and NCR/CAPA workflows.
- Support integration with ERP, MES, quality, and supplier systems.
- Drive manufacturing traceability and supplier collaboration processes.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience; nice-to-have items noted where applicable.
- Proven hands-on experience implementing enterprise PLM solutions within the semiconductor industry.
- Practical experience with Teamcenter or similar enterprise PLM platforms.
- Experience integrating PLM with ERP/MES and other manufacturing or supplier systems.
- Knowledge of manufacturing traceability, ECO/ECN, release management, and deviation/NCR/CAPA processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional process development and implement scalable governance.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work with global engineering and business stakeholders.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a collaborative environment.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Industrial, Computer, or Systems Engineering (or related technical field), or equivalent practical experience.
