Performance and Power modeling (PnP) Architect

Role Summary

Seeking System-on-Chip (SoC) Performance and Power modeling (PnP) Architects to perform analysis of Arm SoCs/SoPs and contribute to best-in-class silicon platforms in various markets, including servers and IoT.

Responsibilities

• Drive architectural investigations and PnP tradeoff studies across various SoC components.
• Conduct detailed workload characterization to identify performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with architects and IP teams to develop effective modeling.
• Create profiling frameworks for analysis and contribute to process automation.
• Stay informed on advancements in application development and thermal analysis.

Requirements

• +10 years of experience in SoC Performance Modeling in the semiconductor industry.
• Background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Understanding of CPU/GPU microarchitecture and related technologies.
• Proficient in C/C++ programming, with familiarity in SystemC TLM and Python.
• Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex solutions.

Education Requirements

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science is required.
