Role Summary
This role involves working with cross-functional teams to verify secure ASIC cores developed by the Rambus Security Division. The candidate will lead verification methodologies and collaborate closely with design engineers, security experts, and cryptographers.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of verification methodologies, test plans, testbenches, infrastructure, and platforms.
- Collaborate with architecture and design teams in specification and customer requirement reviews.
- Represent verification methodologies to customers and executive management.
- Architect and implement verification best practices and improvements.
- Address complex problems and develop scalable solutions.
- Assist in various hardware project phases including bring-up, testing, and debug.
- Support IP integration in partner environments and assist customer support teams.
Requirements
- BS or MS in electrical or computer engineering or a related field; relevant experience may substitute educational requirements.
- Ten or more years in verification engineering or related fields.
- Strong communication skills, able to convey complex concepts to technical audiences.
- Ownership of verification aspects including methodology leadership.
- Familiarity with ASIC verification techniques, such as test planning and coding.
- Experience in testbench methodologies (UVM or OVM) and languages.
- Proficiency with Unix development environments and EDA tools (VCS, Xcelium).
- Knowledge of verification techniques and protocols (e.g. APB, AXI, Ethernet).
Education Requirements
BS or MS degree in electrical or computer engineering or closely related degree preferred.
