Role Summary

The PDK Management DTCO Engineer role at Micron is focused on supporting PDK change management and driving technology/design alignment for next-generation products. Responsibilities

The key responsibilities include:

  • Manage PDK change processes across design, integration, modeling, design rules, and CAD.
  • Develop and run PDK verification and benchmarking flows.
  • Drive issue resolution with cross-functional partners.
  • Plan and schedule PDK releases and development milestones.
  • Review, handle, and disposition ongoing PDK change requests.

Requirements

The minimum qualifications for this position are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years semiconductor industry experience, ideally in DTCO or related areas.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor technology, device physics, compact modeling, design rules, and CAD.
  • Experience with StarRC, Finesim, and Calibre.
  • Working knowledge of Schematic Capture, Layout, DRC, LVS, and Parasitic Extraction tools and flows.
  • Programming skills in Skill, Python, and Bash.
