Key responsibilities include:
- Leading technical engagements with customers on digital implementation projects, focusing on backend place & route processes.
- Providing expert guidance and hands-on support for advanced technology nodes (N3/N5/N7).
- Collaborating with internal R&D and product teams to influence tool development.
- Developing and delivering technical presentations and documentation in Japanese.
- Troubleshooting implementation issues and proposing innovative solutions.
- Mentoring junior engineers and fostering knowledge sharing.
Requirements
Must have the following qualifications:
- Extensive experience in digital implementation methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of advanced technology nodes (N3/N5/N7).
- Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools for digital design.
- Native Japanese speaker or Japanese N2 language proficiency (mandatory).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
