NPI Project Manager - Signal Chain
Role Summary
Lead cross-functional projects for new signal-chain products through design, testing, validation, qualification and production. Own project scope, resources, timelines, budgets and deliverables while coordinating internal and external stakeholders across a global matrix organization.
Ensure alignment of the product-family pipeline, drive execution against quality and timing targets, and apply lessons learned to improve project management practices.
Experience Level
Mid-level: requires at least 5 years of project management experience in an international matrix organization.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle and coordinate stakeholders to deliver signal-chain products to production.
- Define project scope, resources, timelines, budget and deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional project teams responsible for design, testing, validation, qualification and production.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation actions; report status to stakeholders.
- Decide project strategy based on in-house and external manufacturing flows and capabilities.
- Oversee product family pipeline and ensure alignment across multiple development projects.
- Support continuous improvement through lessons learned and project-management best practices.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and functional leaders to ensure strategic alignment and project success.
- Travel to assembly and test facilities as required to resolve issues.
Requirements
Candidate must demonstrate practical project management skills and global stakeholder leadership.
Must-have:
- At least 5 years of project management experience within an international matrix organization.
- Experience with modern project management methodologies, tools and techniques.
- Proven leadership building and guiding cross-functional teams in a global environment.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills, including engagement with senior leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to assembly and test facilities to facilitate issue resolution.
Nice-to-have:
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing flows, assembly and test processes, and working with external subcontractors.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
