Job Title
MTS, Analog Engineering
Role Summary
Design and validate analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits and IP. Work with cross-functional teams (digital, verification, layout, test) to deliver silicon-capable designs and support bring-up and characterization.
Experience Level
Mid-level. Years of experience not specified.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Develop and simulate analog and mixed-signal circuit blocks using industry-standard tools.
- Create and review schematics, run SPICE simulations, and optimize performance for power, noise, and area.
- Support silicon bring-up: define test plans, run measurements, analyze data, and debug issues on boards and wafers.
- Collaborate with layout engineers to ensure design-for-manufacturing and timing/constraint closure.
- Produce technical documentation, design reviews, and tape-out deliverables.
Requirements
Key requirements and preferred skills.
-
Must-have: Practical experience in analog IC design and verification; proficiency with SPICE simulation and Cadence toolflow; hands-on measurement and debugging skills.
-
Must-have: Experience supporting silicon bring-up and characterization.
-
Nice-to-have: Mixed-signal IP experience, high-speed interface or SerDes knowledge, familiarity with layout constraints (DRC/LVS).
Education Requirements
Not specified.
