Role Summary
Lead definition and productization of next-generation multi-phase power module products for AI and infrastructure applications. The role partners with mechanical, software, systems, quality, packaging, and manufacturing teams to move concepts from prototype through production.

Responsibilities
Lead technical and program activities for new power module products and act as the central coordinator across functional teams and external partners.
- Define NPI scope, goals, deliverables, and readiness gates for multi-phase power module products.
- Partner with mechanical, software, systems, quality, packaging, and manufacturing teams to ensure thermal, electrical, and production requirements are met.
- Manage engineering samples and evaluate materials for customer samples and prototypes.
- Coordinate prototypes with internal and external manufacturing partners and drive transition to production.
- Present product updates and proposals to senior management and stakeholders.
- Escalate and resolve critical technical or program issues with data-driven recommendations.

Must-have: 10+ years in product management, product definition, or equivalent roles within power electronics or infrastructure markets.
- 3+ years experience working on power module engineering teams (design, integration, or NPI).
- Proven experience managing NPI processes, readiness reviews, and supplier/manufacturing transitions.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and program management skills; single point of coordination for multi-team projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement and executive presentations.

Nice-to-have: Experience with thermal/power system integration, Smart Power Stages, vertical power stages, or module-level power architectures.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred. (Degree in a closely related engineering discipline is acceptable if clearly equivalent.)
