Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and enhance memory diagnostic methodologies including DRAM-specific diagnostics.
- Define and develop memory test and repair algorithms.
- Analyze failing memory locations and failure signatures to support yield improvement.
- Design and implement AI/ML-based pattern recognition tools for advanced bitmapping.
- Collaborate with various teams to correlate diagnostics with silicon behavior.
- Drive innovation in diagnostic algorithms for future technology nodes and memory architectures.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
Requirements
Essential qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field with 4+ years of work experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience, or a PhD with 2+ years.
- Experience in developing diagnostic tools for emerging memory technologies.
- Exposure to data analytics platforms for large-scale failure analysis.
- Proficiency in Python, Perl, and TCL.
Preferred qualifications include:
- 8+ years of experience in memory diagnostics and DRAM test.
- Deep understanding of fault isolation, fault models, and memory test algorithms.
- Experience with AI/ML techniques applied to pattern recognition.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
Education Requirements
