Job Title

Manufacturing Test Engineer, ICT

Role Summary

Support manufacturing test operations for board-level GPU and DC products at the Hsinchu factory. Work with cross-functional teams to transfer designs into mass production, maintain ICT test fixtures and programs, and resolve production test issues.

Primary focus areas include ICT fixture debugging and maintenance, test program optimization, defect analysis, NPI support, and monitoring production yield and capacity.

Experience Level

Mid-level; requires 5+ years of experience in ICT programming and fixture debugging.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include maintaining ICT test capability, troubleshooting production issues, and supporting NPI and production handovers.

  • Identify and resolve ICT fixture problems on the production line.
  • Maintain and optimize ICT test programs on a regular basis.
  • Analyze production defects and troubleshoot various ICT test failures.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) and related project handover to manufacturing.
  • Monitor the operational status of contract manufacturer (CM) ICT test fixtures.
  • Track ICT test yield rates and production testing capacity.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and experience; nice-to-have items listed below.

  • Must-have: 5+ years experience in ICT programming and fixture debugging.
  • Must-have: Experience with TRI and Teradyne ICT machines and software.
  • Must-have: Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuits with circuit analysis capability.
  • Must-have: Skilled using multimeters for anomaly analysis; experience with PCBA power-on testing and Boundary Scan testing processes.
  • Must-have: Good teamwork and communication skills; self-driven and motivated.
  • Nice-to-have: Proven ability to independently solve ICT and fixture problems and to optimize test programs for higher yield and efficiency.
  • Nice-to-have: Prior NPI ICT support experience and familiarity with manufacturing quality standards.

Education Requirements
