Manufacturing Test Engineer
Role Summary
Work on board-level manufacturing test engineering for GPU products at NVIDIA's Hsinchu site, interfacing with contract manufacturers (CM), suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
Main mission: develop and validate functional test hardware and software, diagnose board-level issues, deploy test stations and automation tools to improve test stability and yield for production.
Experience Level
Mid-level β typically 5+ years of relevant electronic product experience in manufacturing/test environments.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include development, validation, and support of test solutions for production.
- Develop and validate diagnostic packages, scripts, and functional test software for production.
- Diagnose and analyze board-level test failures with hardware, software, and operations teams.
- Support validation and implementation of new test stations and test equipment.
- Coordinate with contract manufacturers to implement test requirements, improve stability, and increase yield.
- Provide NPI and mass-production (MP) support for board-level test setups and troubleshooting.
- Design tools to automate product definitions, data collection, test execution, and result analysis.
- Develop and maintain test infrastructure ecosystem tools for board-level production.
- Contribute to DFX methodologies for next-generation products for manufacturing purposes.
Requirements
