Manufacturing Engineer

Role Summary

Responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing final-test processes to verify product functionality and quality. The role sits within the Manufacturing team and supports production testing, test data analysis, failure analysis, and process improvements to improve yield and production efficiency.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

• Investigate yield and quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop, optimize, and control manufacturing and final-test processes.
• Support production testing and provide daily test-floor support to ensure stable operation.
• Analyze test data, identify failures, and perform failure analysis and containment activities.
• Execute and improve test procedures and test systems.
• Support documentation of test processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Be available for on-call support when required.

Requirements

Must-have skills and experience:

• Experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) such as ETS364, 93K, ETS80, J750, or SPEA.
• Strong understanding of final-test manufacturing flow and production operations.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience supporting high-volume, high-mix manufacturing environments, preferably in semiconductor production.
• Ability to read and interpret datasheets, test limits, and schematics.
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field). Equivalent practical engineering experience may be acceptable.
