Manager, Reliability Operations
Role Summary
The Reliability Operations Manager leads day-to-day reliability lab operations in Wilmington, overseeing reliability stress testing to support product qualifications, manufacturing changes, and reliability risk assessments. This role drives operational excellence, cycle-time performance, equipment utilization, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities
Primary operational and leadership responsibilities for the Wilmington reliability laboratory:
- Lead and manage reliability technicians and operators executing MIL-STD, JEDEC, and AEC-Q100 stress tests (e.g., HTOL, HAST, ESD, Latch‑Up, Burn‑In).
- Own daily lab operations to minimize invalid failures, improve qualification cycle time, and maximize equipment/chamber utilization.
- Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions for operational issues, including invalid failures, handling escapes, and equipment problems.
- Coordinate with Reliability Engineering and HW/Systems Engineering to ensure qualification readiness, material availability, and on-time execution.
- Champion continuous improvement, process automation, and adoption of digital/SMART lab systems.
- Represent the Wilmington lab in cross-site harmonization and share best practices with other ADI reliability labs.
- Ensure compliance with ISO-9001, IATF-16949, and company Quality Management System; support audits as needed.
- Manage operating expenses and capital planning; execute cost reduction and efficiency targets.
- Develop and mentor technical staff; promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous learning.

Education Requirements

Compensation and Benefits
Expected salary range for new hires: $122,400 to $168,300 per year. Position may include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401(k), paid vacation, holidays, and sick time.
