Role Summary

Lead end-to-end development of FPGA-based IP, guiding a team to deliver optimized, customer-ready IP solutions including LPDDR5/6, DDR5/6, MIPI, Display port, and HDMI. Collaborate across teams to ensure product development aligns with market needs.

Responsibilities

  • Define product requirements through input from engineering and marketing.
  • Drive cost modeling, resource planning, and schedule estimates.
  • Collaborate with architecture and verification teams on performance trade-offs.
  • Ensure comprehensive test plans and validation strategies are completed.
  • Oversee characterization and validation activities before silicon bring-up.
  • Own the full solution lifecycle from product definition to validated silicon.
  • Coordinate across hardware, software, and customer-facing teams for readiness.

Requirements

  • Proven success delivering hardware products from concept to post-silicon validation.
  • Background in FPGA, IP, or ASIC design and verification.
  • Knowledge of memory technologies (DDR5/DDR4, LPDDR5/LPDDR6) and JEDEC standards.
  • Experience with SystemVerilog and digital design methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of customer requirements and solution architecture.
  • Experience in scripting and automation to improve design workflows.
  • Ability to work effectively across global teams.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
