Role Summary
Lead delivery of data‑driven modeling and analytics solutions within Advanced Modeling & Artificial Intelligence Solutions (AMAIS) to support Technology Development (TD). The role combines technical execution, cross‑functional collaboration, and people leadership to accelerate yield learning and reduce development cycle time.
Accountable for producing repeatable, decision‑ready analytics that drive measurable TD impact and for managing a small team of engineers and analysts.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities focus on designing, delivering, and operationalizing analytics and modeling work for TD use cases, and on team leadership and stakeholder communication.
- Lead execution of data‑driven modeling and analytics projects addressing Technology Development problems.
- Translate complex TD problems into scoped analytical approaches, define success metrics, and produce actionable insights.
- Apply statistical methods, machine learning, and large‑scale data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for process and yield improvement.
- Partner with TD, Process, Device, and Manufacturing teams to ensure outputs are relevant, timely, and decision‑ready.
- Ensure solutions are documented, repeatable, scalable, and follow governance and best practices.
- Review analysis quality, validate assumptions, and ensure conclusions are supported by data.
- Lead, mentor, and develop engineers and analysts; provide technical guidance and performance feedback.
- Participate in planning, prioritization, scope and risk management, and delivery reviews.
- Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including leadership.
Requirements

- Experience applying data analytics, statistical modeling, or machine learning to real‑world engineering or manufacturing problems.
- Demonstrated people leadership or senior technical leadership experience.
- Proven problem‑solving skills and ability to work across functions to drive outcomes.
- Experience delivering analytics solutions that are documented, repeatable, and scalable.
- Ability to validate analysis quality, communicate tradeoffs, and present insights to technical and non‑technical audiences.
Nice‑to‑have:
- Semiconductor Technology Development or manufacturing domain exposure.
- Experience with large, complex datasets (process, tool, or measurement data).
- Familiarity with modern analytics or modeling platforms and structured problem‑solving approaches.
Education Requirements
PhD or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
