Job Title

LPDDR PE Engineering Execution Manager

Role Summary

Lead and manage LPDDR product development execution from pre-silicon through High Volume Manufacturing, ensuring on-time delivery to key customers. Coordinate cross-functional and global engineering teams to track schedule, risks, quality, and program health.

Experience Level

Mid-level β€” minimum 3 years of DRAM product development experience.

Responsibilities

Plan, drive and report on engineering development schedules and program health to enable successful product launches.

  • Build DRAM engineering development schedules from Network Build pre-silicon stage with PMO.
  • Drive tactical execution and pre-silicon readiness activities.
  • Hold engineering teams accountable to the development execution schedule, Boundary Agreement, and interim/final milestones.
  • Generate program development status including technical status, schedule, risk, quality and other health metrics.
  • Provide accurate milestone metrics to the Product Development Team Lead for Critical Program Reviews.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment to capture and track dependencies and risks.
  • Integrate development activities by leveraging technical expertise across the engineering organization to meet deliverables.

Requirements

Core skills and experience required to perform the role effectively.

  • Minimum 3 years of proven DRAM product development experience.
  • Direct knowledge of DRAM products and system applications.
  • Project management experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Strong meeting facilitation, collaboration, and influencing skills to drive resolution and execution planning.
  • Effective communication with both engineering and management audiences.
  • Customer-focused with ability to work effectively with global team members.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
