Role Summary

The Lead Post-Silicon Validation Engineer position within the GPU Engineering Team at NVIDIA focuses on the post-silicon bringup, characterization, and productization of memory systems for upcoming GPU products.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead post-silicon bringup, characterization, and productization of NVIDIA's GPU memory systems.
  • Develop and qualify memory system software and firmware.
  • Act as primary contact for internal and external customers and DRAM vendors regarding memory-related silicon issues.
  • Contribute to the GPU development cycle from initial design through to production.

Requirements

Candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of proven experience, with at least 3 years working with memory systems in a lab environment.
  • Experience taking an SoC/GPU from concept to production.
  • Familiarity with DRAM and high-speed DRAM interfaces, including HBM, GDDR, and LPDDR.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand complex data sets and facilitate decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields is required.
