Lead MTS Verification Engineering

Rambus is seeking a Verification Engineer to join its Memory Interface chips team in Bangalore. This role is focused on DDR Verification, including understanding design specifications, execution of verification, and support during post-tapeout validation processes.
Experience Level
Senior level with 8+ years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities include:
- Understand product requirements from specifications.
- Plan and execute verification to meet sign-off criteria.
- Develop test plans and verification infrastructure using UVM methodology.
- Guide and mentor team members.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and post-silicon teams.
Requirements
Requirements for the position include:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics.
- 8+ years of relevant electronics experience.
- Expertise in System Verilog and UVM.
- Strong debugging skills.
- Experience with testbench architectures and verification setups.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of I2C/I3C Protocol & DDR3/4/5 protocols is preferable.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics.
