Role Summary
The Lead Design Verification Engineer will oversee verification activities for Coherency Manager and Cache Controller components. The candidate is expected to collaborate with CPU architects, designers, and cross-functional global teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, high-performance processor designs.

Senior, with over 15 years of industry experience required.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Lead and drive verification activities for Coherency Manager and Cache Controller IP.
- Collaborate with design teams and architects to understand specifications.
- Develop and execute comprehensive verification plans.
- Create test cases in SystemVerilog, Assembly, and C.
- Utilize formal verification techniques to enhance verification coverage.
- Analyze metrics to identify coverage gaps.
- Automate verification flows and environments using scripting languages.
- Mentor junior verification engineers.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications include:
- Master’s degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering.
- 15+ years of experience in CPU or complex SoC verification.
- Expertise in verification of Multicore and Multicluster Coherency, Cache Controllers.
- Knowledge of verification methodologies (UVM, formal verification).
- Proficiency in SystemVerilog, Verilog, C/C++, and Assembly.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Perl, TCL, or Shell.
- Familiarity with interconnect protocols (AXI, ACE, OCP, CHI).
- Experience with CPU architectures (RISC-V, ARM, MIPS).
Nice-to-have qualifications include:
- Experience with RISC-V architecture.
- Familiarity with functional safety standards (ISO 26262).
- Exposure to FPGA prototyping and emulation platforms.
Education Requirements
Master’s degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering is required.
