Role Summary
This position involves leading verification efforts for Coherency Manager and Cache Controller components. The Lead Design Verification Engineer will collaborate with CPU architects and designers to ensure high-quality processor designs.

Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include:
- Leading verification activities for Coherency Manager and Cache Controller IP to closure.
- Collaborating with design teams to understand microarchitectural and functional specifications.
- Developing and executing comprehensive verification plans.
- Creating directed and constrained random test cases in SystemVerilog, Assembly, and C.
- Employing formal verification techniques to enhance random verification.
- Analyzing verification coverage metrics and closing gaps.
- Automating verification flows and regression environments using scripting languages.
- Mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidance.
Requirements
Qualifications include:
- Master’s degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering.
- 15+ years of relevant verification experience.
- Expertise in Multicore and Multicluster Coherency, Cache Controllers, or similar blocks.
- Deep knowledge of verification methodologies, including UVM.
- Proficiency in SystemVerilog, Verilog, C/C++, and Assembly.
- Understanding of interconnect and coherency protocols such as AXI and ACE.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Perl, TCL, or Shell.
Education Requirements
Master’s degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering is required.
