Role Summary
Lead an analog IC design team responsible for product definition, design execution, silicon evaluation and transfer to manufacturing. The role interfaces with systems, verification, validation, test and product engineering to deliver analog solutions for consumer and mobile applications.

Senior — minimum 4 years of relevant analog IC design experience (per job posting).
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include team leadership, design ownership and cross-functional coordination to bring analog products from concept to production.
- Lead an analog IC design team with product ownership from definition through release and manufacturing.
- Assign tasks, provide design guidance, develop schedules and monitor project progress.
- Design, develop, modify and evaluate electronic parts and integrated circuits for target applications.
- Evaluate intermediate and final results during design and silicon evaluation to meet technical objectives.
- Work with physical designers and monitor IC layout progress.
- Collaborate with design verification teams to complete pre-production gate technical tasks.
- Work with systems, applications and marketing teams to prepare product briefs, datasheets and application notes.
- Collaborate with validation, product engineering and test teams to enable transfer to production.
- Interface with customers and field teams to understand designs, resolve issues and provide support.
- Participate in hiring, developing and evaluating personnel to support team growth.
