Role Summary

Responsible for mask layout design and development of next-generation LV and MV shielded-gate trench MOSFET technologies. Work closely with process integration engineers and external foundry partners to optimize device performance and accelerate product industrialization.

Experience Level

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Perform chip mask layout for LV/MV shield-gate trench MOSFETs following design manuals and rules (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso).
• Run and verify mask design rule checks and layout verification (e.g., Mentor Calibre).
• Define mask specifications including pellicle and inspection requirements.
• Design scribe and accessory layouts such as alignment marks and inspection marks.
• Prepare shot maps and related documentation for mask production.
• Manage schedule adjustments, provenance tracking, and coordination with process and foundry teams.

• Preferred: Experience defining mask specifications, inspection criteria, and producing shot maps.
