Intern — UWB Validation Test / Project Management (m/f/d)

Role Summary

Part-time internship supporting the Ultra-Wide-Band (UWB) Verification & Validation team in Gratkorn (greater Graz area). The intern will assist post-silicon test management, test execution tracking, data analysis, and reporting to support validation of UWB IP and systems.

Experience Level

Internship / Entry-level — student role. Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week). Duration: over 6 months.

Responsibilities

Support post-silicon verification and validation activities and help manage test execution and reporting.

• Support creation of IP-level and system test specifications
• Link requirements to test cases and synchronize requirement-management tools
• Review and update test execution status on a regular basis
• Generate reports based on test status
• Analyze and post-process test data
• Create and track tasks in a Jira environment; document validation activities
• Coordinate minor validation team alignments

Requirements

Essential skills, conditions, and availability for the role.

• Valid work authorization for Austria
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Basic project management knowledge
• Organized, self-motivated, accurate, and strong analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills; fluent in English
• Availability of approximately 20 hours per week for a period longer than 6 months
• Willingness to perform security-related tasks and follow associated procedures
• Nice-to-have: Basic experience with the Atlassian tool chain (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) and technical documentation tools (Oxygen/DITA)

Education Requirements

Ongoing tertiary studies (student) in Software Engineering and Management, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Physics, or similar technical or non-technical university studies; equivalent studies in related fields acceptable.
