Intern, Test Engineering
Role Summary
Internship supporting test engineering in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. The role is part of the Manufacturing department at the Kulim site and focuses on learning semiconductor device final test and Automated Test Equipment (ATE) fundamentals.
Experience Level
Entry-level (Internship).
Responsibilities
Support and learn core test engineering tasks in a production setting.
- Assist test engineering team with final test operations and workflows.
- Work with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) under supervision.
- Collect and analyze test data to identify issues and trends.
- Track equipment performance metrics (e.g., OEE) and report findings.
- Prepare technical documentation and test reports.
- Follow production procedures and safety rules in the manufacturing environment.

- Must-have: Ability to work onsite at the Kulim manufacturing facility.

Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
