Intern - Product Validation
Role Summary
Assist the product validation team for the Innovus Digital Implementation System by developing and validating hierarchical solution areas, maintaining test cases, and building test suites for new hierarchical features.
Experience Level
Entry-level internship (suitable for students or recent graduates).
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Assist development and validation of hierarchical solution areas.
- Validate and maintain comprehensive hierarchical unit and flow test cases for Innovus.
- Develop and maintain test suites for new hierarchical functional and flow features.
- Document test results and collaborate with engineers to reproduce and resolve issues.
- Contribute to test automation and scripting for validation workflows.
Requirements
Must-have and preferred skills:
- Digital IC design knowledge (required).
- Statistical timing analysis (strong plus).
- Unix familiarity; scripting experience in TCL, CSH, Perl, or similar (preferred).
- Good communication in English and Chinese; self-motivated and confident.
- On-site presence in Shanghai; preference for 3–4 days per week for 6+ months.
Education Requirements
MS in microelectronics, electrical engineering or a related major is specified.
