Intern, Product Engineering
Role Summary
Fixed-term, paid internship (~6 months) on the Product Engineering team supporting ramp-up and sustainment of mass production for mixed-signal and power integrated circuits targeting industrial and automotive markets. Work is cross-functional and performed under mentor supervision with a possibility of a full-time offer based on performance.
Experience Level
Entry-level internship for students or early-career candidates (student typically in 3rd year or higher).
Responsibilities
Work with the Product Engineering team on production and qualification tasks; initial activities performed under mentor supervision.
- Analyze production and test data to identify yield issues and opportunities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve production issues.
- Support yield enhancement and failure analysis activities.
- Assess hold-lot disposition using technical evaluation of test data.
- Support product qualification tests (HTOL, bHAST, ESD, LU) and electrical characterization.
- Learn and follow applicable standards and internal quality procedures.
- Contribute to automation and improvements in data analysis.
Requirements
Minimum technical skills and competencies expected for the internship.
- Basic knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
- Basic programming skills (examples: Python, C#, VBA, R or similar).
- Basic understanding of statistical data analysis techniques.
- Basic knowledge of IC manufacturing flow.
- Intermediate English, written and spoken.
Education Requirements
BSc degree or currently enrolled student (3rd year or higher) in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines (electronics, computer engineering, physics or similar).
