Role Summary
The Product and Test Development Engineering (PDTE) team is seeking Digital Test Engineers to create test solutions for New Product Introduction, including Silicon Validation and Characterization, and Manufacturing Enablement of Qualcomm Silicon on Chip (SOC) products. This role provides growth opportunities within Digital Test Engineering.
Experience Level
Senior level, with a minimum of 6+ years of relevant work experience.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide strategic insight for Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) solutions.
- Executing test program integration and participating in data reviews.
- Working in a fast-paced environment and delivering high-quality work.
Requirements
Candidate must meet the following qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of ATE Engineering experience, or
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or
- PhD with 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Advantest 93K or Teradyne UFlex/IFlex is preferred.
- Proficiency in C/C++/VB/Java/Python is advantageous.
- Familiarity with VLSI technologies and Digital Baseband products is a plus.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
