Job Title

IC Test Engineer

Role Summary

Responsible for defining and developing tests and factory test plans for NVIDIA network silicon (Switch, NIC, SmartNIC) from wafer level through final test. The role works with design, DFT and manufacturing teams to improve yield, coverage, throughput and cost for high-speed Ethernet and InfiniBand products.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities focus on developing scalable test solutions and transitioning products to production.

  • Define and develop IC test programs and perform test/HW debug.
  • Design and improve factory test plans to optimize coverage, test time, cost, and yield.
  • Ensure scalable testing and manufacturing for high-speed interfaces.
  • Work with local and overseas manufacturing teams to increase yield, test coverage and capacity, and reduce production costs.
  • Manage product transition from design engineering to factory production.

Education Requirements

B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is specified.
