High Speed Interface Design Team Lead

What you’ll do

• Be a leading member in the process of fostering our high speed interfaces
• Lead a technical team, providing both strategic and technical direction, from architecture down to RTL.
• Cultivate a culture of collaboration, autonomy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Act as the bridge between your team, other technical departments, and the business to facilitate the execution of complex projects.
• Plan and monitor project tasks, ensuring work is allocated efficiently and deadlines are met.
• Drive the professional growth of team members through mentoring and tailored development.

Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in SoC design, preferably including 2 years leading a team.
• Knowledge and experience in transceivers based and/or high-speed interfaces.
• Solid technical background with the ability to understand and contribute to architectural or design decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to plan, organize and oversee project tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
• Proven capacity to foster engagement and motivate high‑level technical professionals.
• PCIe experience is nice to have.
