• Test structure layout, verification, extraction, simulation, and silicon evaluation.
• Cross-functional quality assurance of designs and tape-outs.
• Engagement in collaborative projects across design and operations teams.

Requirements

Must-have skills and qualifications include:

• Advanced degree in EE, Material Science, Physics or related field.
• Strong background in advanced CMOS technology.
• Proficient in interacting with design teams and foundry partners.
• Hands-on experience with device/circuit level test structure designs and silicon characterization.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Mix of hands-on and project management skills.

Education Requirements

Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or a related field required.
