Role Summary
The Graduate Analog Design Engineer will join the Sensata design centre in Swindon, focusing on the design and evaluation of analog integrated circuits. The role involves collaboration within a multidisciplinary team of electronics experts, pushing the boundaries of design from specifications to qualified silicon.

Responsibilities
The main responsibilities include:
- Participating in analog block specification, design, verification, and documentation.
- Engaging in architectural design, abstract modelling, and system simulation.
- Following company policies surrounding design processes and documentation.
- Overseeing and critiquing block layouts.
- Assisting in lab evaluations of circuits and developing necessary supporting hardware and software.
- Engaging in wider technical activities such as qualification, failure analysis, and production test design.
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A university degree in Physics or Engineering.
- Strong understanding of analog electronics and foundational knowledge in digital electronics.
- Experience in the analog IC block design and evaluation cycle.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, organization, planning, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and MATLAB.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with suppliers and customers.
- Permanent rights to work in the United Kingdom.
