Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled GFX Design / RTL Lead with a robust background in ASIC design and verification. This role involves close collaboration with architects and design teams to validate GPU designs against expectations.

Required Experience Level

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in ASIC design and a solid understanding of GPU architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects and block design teams to comprehend features for implementation and verification.
• Create comprehensive test plans for both synthetic and real workload scenarios.
• Debug verification issues with the team and resolve defects effectively.
• Ensure that the next generation GFXIP meets all performance, power, and functional expectations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Verilog and System Verilog is essential.
• Strong aptitude for timing optimization in digital design.
• Capability to debug Verilog RTL code using simulation/emulation tools.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl and Python.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Preference for candidates with graphics pipeline experience and knowledge of computer architecture.
• Must be self-motivated and capable of driving tasks to completion independently.

Education Requirements

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field with a major focus on Digital Systems/VLSI is required, along with 8+ years of relevant experience.
