Role Summary
Design, implement, verify, and deploy FPGA logic for low-latency trading systems. Work on end-to-end projects including development, simulation, timing closure, image testing, and production deployment within an in-office technology team.
Compensation: $125,000β$200,000 per year base, plus discretionary annual bonus and standard benefits.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and implement FPGA logic tied to trading objectives.
- Develop, simulate, and test FPGA images; manage deployment to production hardware.

- Analyze design performance daily and identify opportunities to reduce latency and improve throughput.
- Collaborate with traders and software engineers to translate requirements into hardware implementations.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience:
- Proficient in Verilog/SystemVerilog for FPGA development.
- Experience with timing closure and static timing analysis (STA).
- Proven experience developing and verifying FPGA designs end-to-end.
- Experience building low-latency applications or systems.
Nice-to-have:
- Python experience.
- Experience with ASIC design flows.
- Familiarity with equity options or financial markets.
