Failure Analysis and TEM Engineer
Join the failure analysis laboratories supporting Intel Foundry technology development and yield improvement in Kiryat-Gat. The role focuses on Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) engineering to diagnose defects, support process integration, and enable ramp-up of manufacturing yields.
The position is hands-on and laboratory-based, working with microscopy teams, sample-preparation technicians, and cross-functional fab/process groups. Weekend onsite work is required as needed.
Mid-level β typically around 2+ years of relevant TEM or semiconductor laboratory experience.
Core responsibilities include operating TEM equipment, analyzing results, and supporting process teams. The role also involves planning and mentoring within the TEM group.
Must-have skills and experience; preferred items listed separately.
Nice-to-have:
Master's or PhD in science or engineering (science and engineering majors). PhD is preferred. The posting also allows equivalent practical experience or a combination of industry experience, internships, coursework, and research to meet requirements.
