Role Summary
Part-time student role in Fab28 Quality and Reliability focused on data-driven quality, automation, and AI integration. The position supports day-to-day manufacturing quality operations while developing scripts and AI solutions to modernize workflows.

Responsibilities
The role combines quality and reliability tasks with automation and data analysis to improve manufacturing outcomes.
- Standardize product qualification and manufacturing quality systems.
- Evaluate materials and process technologies for compliance with quality and reliability requirements.
- Define reliability requirements and automated screening methods to meet regulatory, customer, and company objectives.
- Manage fab technology certification and readiness for new technology introductions at Fab28.
- Support creation of Continuous Improvement Plans (CIP) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for major events.
- Identify manual reporting and engineering bottlenecks and implement robust automation scripts.
- Develop AI-driven solutions to detect correlations and prepare data for advanced analysis and predictive methods.
- Bridge manufacturing process knowledge with software/data engineering to solve multidisciplinary problems.
