F15 ADTJ PI Device Engineer
Role Summary
As a Process Integration (PI) Device Engineer at Micron Fab15 (Hiroshima), you will ensure process stability and drive yield and quality improvements for high-volume DRAM manufacturing. The role focuses on device process conditions, optimizing device performance and repair density consumption, and coordinating corrective actions through cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities in a high-volume manufacturing environment include:
- Analyze device performance and optimize process conditions to improve yield and minimize repair density consumption.
- Create and drive Site Work Requests (SWR) aimed at device performance improvement.
- Identify and validate process "sweet spots" balancing process integration and device performance.
- Prepare appropriate data summaries and lead PCRB (process change review board) activities.
- Lead early detection, root-cause isolation, and corrective/preventive actions for process deviations.
- Collaborate with PI module teams, area teams, PE/GQ/Design, TD device teams, and other sites (OMT, ID1, TD).
Requirements
Must-have skills and experience:
- Fundamental knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Basic data analysis and statistics skills.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in semiconductor process engineering, process integration, or yield improvement.
- Exposure to defect or metrology analysis, statistical process control (SPC), or structured problem solving.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or science (examples: Materials, Chemical, Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Physics) or equivalent practical experience.
