EUV Lithography Pathfinding Engineer- TPG
Role Summary
The EUV Lithography Pathfinding Engineer at Micron Technology in Boise, Idaho, will evaluate advanced lithography including Extreme Ultra Violet (EUV) for next-generation memory projects. This individual will collaborate to define roadmap requirements and partner with technology development and manufacturing teams to implement new patterning technologies. Travel may be required to support high NA EUV work.
Experience Level
Senior level, with a requirement of 10 years of semiconductor process-related experience or 15 years with a bachelor's degree.
Responsibilities
This role includes:
- Defining and leading pathfinding activities for new patterning technology.
- Developing EUV modules in the technology development site.
- Traveling up to once a month to support high NA EUV.
- Partnering with defect inspection teams to develop inspection strategies for EUV masks.
- Collaborating with manufacturing sites on equipment and materials requirements.
Requirements
Minimum qualifications include:
- Deep understanding of EUV lithography and its differences from DUV lithography.
- Technical knowledge of 193nm immersion multiple patterning processes.
- Experience with photolithography simulation software.
- Demonstrated ability to drive roadmaps with internal teams and vendor partners.
Education Requirements
Required: M.S. or Ph.D. in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or relevant field; or a B.S. with at least 15 years of experience in semiconductor processes related to photolithography.
