Role Summary
Work on process integration for NAND technologies at Micron's Fab 10N/X in Singapore. Lead cross-functional efforts to identify technology gaps, improve process flows, and support transfer of new technology from R&D into manufacturing.
The role supports ramp-up, qualification, and yield improvement activities across R&D, product engineering, and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities
Core responsibilities include technical leadership of integration projects, coordination with manufacturing, and ensuring product manufacturability and yield.
- Identify and quantify module deficiencies and technology gaps; lead cross-functional teams to resolve them.
- Improve process flows and develop solutions to meet product requirements and manufacturability.
- Develop or redefine CSPEC criteria to drive manufacturing process capability.
- Coordinate site activities to secure funding for experiments and conversions; communicate decisions to R&D, Product Engineering, and Manufacturing partners.
- Undertake development projects to evaluate and implement new integration schemes and establish proofs of concept for future tech nodes.
- Present at yield summits and program reviews; summarize problems, actions, and align teams and senior management.
- Assist technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing and support ramp-up, documentation, and training.

Education Requirements
