Engineer - HBM PE Component Validation

Role Summary

Work on physical/electrical validation of High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) packaging and PE (package engineering) components. The role is on a hardware validation team focused on test development, lab characterization, and delivering validated components for product integration.

Collaborate with design, process, and test teams to plan and execute validation activities, analyze results, and drive issues to closure.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include planning and executing validation and characterization of HBM package and component-level hardware.

• Design and execute test plans for component and package validation in lab environments.
• Set up and operate lab equipment for electrical and signal characterization.
• Collect, analyze, and document test data; generate reports and failure analyses.
• Debug hardware and system-level issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain test infrastructure, automation scripts, and test benches.
