Role Summary

Engineer on the DRAM verification and design methodology team responsible for pre-silicon block and full-chip verification, testbench development, and verification flow development for advanced DRAM and emerging memory products.

The role emphasizes automation and agentic AI workflows to accelerate verification cycles, improve debug efficiency, and increase functional coverage.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include simulation, verification, and methodology development for DRAM and emerging memory designs.

• Contribute to verification activities for DRAM design projects (block and full-chip).
• Use AI-based tools, agentic workflows, and automation frameworks to accelerate verification cycles and improve debug efficiency.
• Develop test cases, stimulus, test benches, and test vectors to increase functional coverage across DRAM and emerging memory features.
• Run regressions and perform coverage analysis; iterate to improve verification completeness.
• Simulate, analyze, and debug pre-silicon designs using SPICE and Verilog simulations and other simulation tools.
• Participate in development of verification methodology and environments for advanced products.
• Collaborate with international teams to develop new verification flows and resolve complex issues.

Requirements

• Must-have: Experience in pre-silicon verification (block and/or full-chip), testbench and test-case development, and regression/coverage analysis.
• Familiarity with Verilog and SPICE simulations and common simulation tools.
• Basic understanding of CMOS circuit design and strong analytical/debugging capability for gate-level circuit behavior.
• Experience or willingness to apply AI/automation frameworks and agentic workflows to verification tasks.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
• Nice-to-have: Direct experience with DRAM or emerging memory architectures, full-chip verification experience, and prior work on verification methodology development or agentic AI verification flows.
