EDA Multi-Physics Product Manager
Role Summary
Program manager for Keysight Design Engineering Software (DES) multi-physics simulation team. Drive definition and delivery of multi-physics workflows that integrate mechanical, thermal and electronics simulation into EDA product lines.
Work cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, Technical Support and QA to capture requirements, prioritize features, and coordinate go-to-market activities for whole-product solutions.

Senior / expert-level contributor. Exact years of experience not specified; role expects demonstrated technical depth in multi-physics simulation and product/program ownership.
Responsibilities
Lead product and program activities to deliver multi-physics workflows and solutions.
- Define workflow solutions and translate customer use cases into product requirements.
- Own program execution within an agile development framework and matrixed organization.
- Coordinate across engineering, marketing, support, and quality teams to deliver whole-product solutions.
- Drive go-to-market strategy and customer adoption in coordination with worldwide sales.
- Champion new solutions that integrate mechanical/thermal physics into EDA design flows.
Requirements

- Practical background in mechanical, thermal and electronics simulation workflows.
- Experience with multi-hierarchical system/subsystem/component design and CAE/EDA simulation technology.
- Hands-on experience with engineering tools such as Keysight ADS, Ansys Mechanical/ICEPAK, Cadence Allegro/Celsius, Altair structural analysis, Siemens NX/FloTherm, or similar.
- Familiarity with module/PCB board workflows, enterprise parts libraries, CAE workflows, and qualification methods.
- Program/product ownership experience in an agile environment and ability to work with matrixed teams.
- Commercial awareness: ability to develop go-to-market messaging and support sales adoption.
- Self-starter with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Education Requirements
BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Physics is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
