Role Summary

Lead and manage complex engineering programs for Intel's ECG Make in India Design initiative, coordinating design houses, operations managers (OxMs), and internal stakeholders to deliver hardware and manufacturing outcomes. Drive program execution from planning through production ramp and post-launch support while reporting program health, risks, and financials to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Accountable for planning, executing, and delivering multi-disciplinary engineering programs tied to product design and manufacturing.

  • Lead Program Execution Teams (PXTs) to proliferate new ECG designs and align local ecosystem partners, design houses, and OxMs.
  • Manage program lifecycle: planning, execution, transition to production, production ramp, and post-launch sustaining support.
  • Define and communicate program goals for features, performance, quality, security, schedule, and cost; link to business goals of volume, revenue, and profitability.
  • Track program progress, budgets, risks, and issues; drive mitigation and resolution, invoking experts and resources as needed.
  • Control program scope and manage changes through a Change Control Board (CCB) process.
  • Report program status, risks, and financials to senior management and translate guidance to execution teams.
  • Build an inclusive team environment, mentor team members, and support professional development.
  • Drive process improvements and introduce new procedures to increase program efficiency and ROI.

  • Familiarity with production ramp, customer board design support, and sustaining post-launch activities.
  • Domain experience in Edge/Embedded market segments (retail, industrial, surveillance, robotics, or adjacent verticals).
  • Disciplined, detail-oriented approach and ability to work independently and in teams.
