Role Summary

The DRAM Product Test Development Engineer is responsible for designing and optimizing test programs for new product validation, maintaining test processes, and collaborating with various departments to ensure product quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities include:

  • Designing new test programs for silicon validation of new products.
  • Maintaining test programs to meet customer specifications.
  • Optimizing test methods to reduce test times and costs.
  • Automating test processes through software scripting.
  • Enhancing test coverage for quality assurance.
  • Collaborating with product and manufacturing teams to achieve output goals.
  • Monitoring engineering metrics for process stability and effectiveness.

Requirements

Must-have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Good programming skills (C/C++ is a plus).
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-have:

  • Understanding of semiconductor device physics.
  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or any related engineering field.
