Role Summary
Senior product manager in the Cloud Memory Business Unit responsible for strategy and execution of High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) products for AI, ML, and HPC markets. Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing, and operations to deliver product roadmaps, specifications, and business cases on schedule and within budget.
Experience Level
Senior β requires 12+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor product management, system architecture, engineering, or technical leadership.
Responsibilities
Drive product strategy, translate customer needs into product requirements, and lead cross-functional execution to deliver HBM solutions.
- Develop product strategy, roadmap, and detailed requirements for next-generation HBM solutions targeting AI, HPC, and cloud infrastructure.
- Partner with customers, hyperscalers, AI accelerator providers, and ecosystem partners to define system and product requirements.
- Analyze market trends, customer workloads, competitive dynamics, and system architectures to inform product direction and investments.
- Lead cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, and marketing to meet specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Prepare business cases, executive presentations, roadmap reviews, and strategic recommendations for leadership and customer engagements.
Requirements
Core technical and leadership qualifications required to perform the role. Preferred qualifications are noted.
- 12+ years of experience in semiconductor product management, system architecture, engineering, business strategy, or related technical leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of DRAM technologies, High Bandwidth Memory (HBM), AI accelerators, and advanced packaging technologies.
- Ability to define product strategy, influence roadmap decisions, and develop business cases from market and customer insights.
- Proven experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders without direct authority.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Preferred: experience working directly with hyperscalers, strategic customers, and ecosystem partners in AI, cloud computing, or HPC markets; competitive intelligence and long-range portfolio planning experience.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field required. Preferred: Master's degree in a technical discipline or an MBA.
